This decision is personal to you. Online coaching is often cheaper than therapy, and it allows you to talk with a professional while you’re away from home, on the go, or from the comfort of your own home. However, we understand that online coaching is not for everyone, and there are times when therapy is the better choice (see Therapy vs. Coaching).
In severe cases, such as suicidal ideation and health-endangering or life-threatening situations, you are always advised to seek licensed health professionals in your own state.
Creekside Blue Coaches are not authorized to diagnose, clinically treat, prescribe, or submit billing for services to health insurances. Creekside Blue CAN offer professional and meaningful life coaching on a broad number of individual and relationship issues. Try us out. You won’t be disappointed. Your first online session is free, and you will never be locked into a contract, so you can stop sessions at any time with no additional fees.
